Mr Jain has experience of over 45 years in this field. He has addressed various Seminars and Conferences arranged by the CIRC and its branches on matters relating to Bank Audit, Income Tax etc. His vast experience and continuous devotion to the profession makes him a veteran in the fields of Bank Audits, Statutory and Tax Audits, Income Tax Assessments, Individual and Corporate Taxation etc. He had been Chairman of Agra Branch of ICAI for seven years and thereafter elevated to Central India Regional Council of ICAI in the year 2004 and also having served in Various Central Committees of ICAI .

Concurrent Auditor (ICAI).
Mr. Jain is a practicing chartered accountant having more than 35 years of rich professional
experience. He is a science graduate and was university ranker. He did LL.B. and was also
awarded Ph.D. During his research on the subject of financial reporting for which he was
awarded doctorate, he deeply studied prevailing system of financial reporting of many reputed companies. He is an active member of Udaipur Chamber of Commerce & Industry and was President of Tax Bar Association and Chairman of Udaipur Branch of CIRC of ICAI. His area of specialization inter-alia includes direct & indirect taxation, drafting of documents, development of turnaround strategies, cost reduction & output maximization methodologies.

Mr. Jain is practicing CA continuously for 43 years from 1979. He has been All India level
Position Holders in CA Final exams. His inclination has always been towards specialists in
Auditing, Indirect Tax Consultancy , Income Tax & Company Law related matters. His
specialisation includes Drafting agreements / deeds etc. and has good knowledge in RERA
and related issues.

Have passed Chartered Accountancy exams in the year 1997, he started his career with State Bank of India on 21-02-1987 and recently began into the field of practice after retirement. He possess expertise in Project Financing and Working Capital Financing, Advisory Services in Business Structuring, Advisory Services in Direct taxes, Auditing & Assurance Services, Accounting Compliances, Statutory Bank, Concurrent & Branch Audit etc.

Mrs Shipra Jain has passed Chartered Accountancy in 2011, She has also Passed Company Secretary Final Exams and actively involved in providing professional services to various firms and corporate houses. Her areas of specialisation includes Corporate taxation matters, MCA Solutions, Tax Audit, Bank Audits, IS Audit, Individual and GST,.
